Yes. It’s funded through state Medicaid waiver programs (sometimes called Structured Family Caregiving, Personal Choice, or Self-Directed Care). Lavender Meadows is an authorized partner that helps families enroll and stay supported.
Eligibility varies by state, but generally adult children, spouses (in some states), siblings, and other family members can qualify. Spouses are typically excluded in some programs we’ll tell you what applies in your state.
